Every good story has a beginning, middle and an end. Every life, every season, no matter how old or how long, has these three ingredients. Even though I turn 50 this year, I am making a new start with this blog. Over my 30 year career I've witnessed success, failure, and have spent most of my time waiting for "my ship to come in".
I have learned that our ships come in even when we are in the middle of mundane, everyday life. It just takes a keen eye to recognize it when it arrives. So.....I intend to talk about some of the things that I've experienced. Maybe some will help you, maybe some will bore you. But to me, it's all a part of my beginning, middle and end.
God, my family, music, worship, guitars, amps, pedals, songwriting, movies, TV, getting healthy.....these are some of the things I'm passionate about. So, here's to a good beginning!

I'm a year ahead of you and fifty is almost in my rearview mirror already!!!
